There are certain situations — problem, difficulties, anxiety — in all aspects of my life that give me so much pain in the butt. I sometimes could not handle them. Then my head starts to hurt. I get less sleep drenching too much on those stuff and I end up the next morning with bags under my eyes. My muscles get a little crappy, I lose focus. I, in some way, become just not who I used to be. 

But I don’t easily let myself be drowned by those. How do I do it? I stick to these:


  • Stop worrying
  • Always smile
  • Go out with friends
  • Celebrate life
  • Manage your time effectively
  • Set your priorities
  • Be optimistic
  • Almost always say ‘Yes!’
  • Think of happy thoughts


I do those, and I do better.
